Rhythm and Rhymes
🌿 The Silent Tree
Beneath this quiet shade where I frequently lie,
The leaves flutter to make a harmonious lullaby.
I heard it as the wind softly whispers in the air,
The ancient tells a tale of a wild finding its lair.
There is no need for words, no need for sound,
Just the roots and branches that stay around.
This is the kind of tree, quietly, a sage grows,
Its every hush, exposes what my spirit knows.
🌸 Petals in the Wind
I saw colorful petals dance upon the breeze,
Carried far by air, flew with a graceful ease.
A fleeting sight of beauty, so pure and light,
Fading away gently like a mist lost from sight.
Unlike the moments, suddenly lost and gone,
Memories of them, so lovely, they linger on.
A blossom's fall, a heart's wondrous delight,
A whispered kiss I found, in a morning light.
🌿 Echoes of Rain
Those droplets of rain, tap a quiet song,
Upon rooftops, where they don’t belong.
Each splashes a thought, or a silent plea,
Into a poem, they scuffles in my memory.
A steady rhythm, some soft, some slow,
It hums of things, we all used to know.
The rain remembers them, and so do I,
Beneath the weeping, lies a silver sky.
🌙 Moonlit Shore
Tonight, the sea reflects with a silver glow,
I see the stars above, that start to dip low.
Waves, like whispers, they come, they go,
To tell the tales, that I almost fail to know.
In the rise and fall of the tides, secrets sway,
Moonlight bends, to find some place to lay.
The ocean calls for a cue, of a timeless lore,
A dream, that swiftly drifts along the shore.
🍂 The Falling Leaf
As I hear the rustle of the amber trees,
It starts the dance of an autumn breeze.
A leaf is a note, a note of a fleeting sigh,
As it begins to learn, to learn how to fly.
It drifts into the air like a painted stream,
Like pages torn, from a summer's dream.
With the golden swirls, softly make a land,
A season that slips, away from my hand.
💫 Starlight Lullaby
The sky hums softly beneath the stars,
They blink like dreams from lands afar.
And in the hush of the twilight’s hue,
Night composes, my thoughts of you.
A song that hears not a single sound,
Yet the heart feels the love it founds.
In the quiet skies, my hopes still lie,
A love sung gently, by the starry sky.
🌾 Fields of Gold
The golden straws lay beneath the sky,
Waving with grace as the winds pass by.
In such a humble land, so vast, and free,
A canvas painted, for just you and me.
The sunlight warms the swaying grain,
Like soft applause from earth’s refrain.
Here, time forgets to rush, or to race,
Peace arrives gently, a nature’s grace.
🕊️ A Bird in Flight
There is a bird in flight, at a break of day,
With wings of dawn, it flies to find its way.
No map, no guide, purely sky, and its soul,
A heart, that always knows, its final goal.
It glides on faith, through winds unknown,
In long and distant journey, entirely alone.
Yet in such a flight, the truth is always clear,
It only chases of things, it surely holds dear.
🔥 Candle’s Song
The flame dances in my quiet thought,
A fragile glow, this night has caught.
It burns with stories, never ever told,
A dream that flickers, pure and bold.
Each spark a whisper from the past,
A memory that always couldn't last.
But while it burns, I can see a trace,
A wondrous light, time cannot erase.
🌻 Sunflower Smile
A yellow face that turned like a sun,
It soaks up warmth, it thrives on fun.
And though the day may dim or hide,
A sunflower stands an endless pride.
Through a storm, it does not bow,
It keeps the sunshine in its brow.
All that it has, from stem to seed,
A pride in itself, a warm we need.
🕰️ The Clock Stands Still
The ticking slows within this room,
As silence gathers, soft as gloom.
Yet time itself does not grow old,
It waits for hearts to still be bold.
Hands may pause, world may blur,
Memories don't allow you to bore.
Time does make lines, in the wall,
It gathers thoughts, it let them fall.
🌊 Whispers of the Sea
The ocean begins to sing a lullaby,
To shells and driftwood passing by.
It keeps the secrets no one hears,
It hides them, in its midnight seas.
'Neath the waves, the past remains,
In salted tears where love remains.
Tides return with something new,
Yet, still calls me to be back to you.
