MANILA, Philippines — A shear line, caused by the convergence of the northeast monsoon and warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, is forecasted to bring moderate to intense rainfall over several areas in the country from Sunday to Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
